RETURN POLICY

Free returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label.

Conditions
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

How to return
Email us at contact@kakips.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you the prepaid label and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away, with a photo, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item: we will find a solution quickly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm its acceptance. The refund is issued to your original payment method; your bank may then take a few days to credit it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get another size or model: return your item, then place a new order as soon as the return is accepted.

Exception
Gift cards cannot be returned.
